Cancellation and Refund Policy

General Guidelines
- All cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing to the club’s official email or in person at the club’s front desk.
- Refunds are only applicable in cases where cancellation is made in accordance with the terms outlined in this policy.
Refund Processing
- Refunds will be processed within 10 business days from the date of cancellation approval.
- Refunds will be issued via NEFT/Cheque method against the booking.
- Refund requests will not be entertained for cancellations due to personal reasons such as illness, travel issues, or schedule conflicts.
